At Flydrate, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you experience an issue with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
Due to the nature of food and beverage products, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or you believe there is an issue with the product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Refunds
Refunds may be offered in the following circumstances:

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed and dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.
Pre-Orders
For pre-order purchases, you may request a cancellation and full refund before your order has been dispatched.
Once a pre-order item has shipped, our standard returns policy applies.
